1. Send a request for e-signature to your Lead/Client while he/she is still on the phone.

2. The Lead receives an email with a link to the e-signature form.

3. The Lead reviews the contract (document) online and easily e-signs it using the online e-signature form. The result? You can convert more leads in less time!

4. The Client receives a confirmation email with the names of the documents e-signed indicating the code, date & time.

5. SX3 Confirmation:

   1. The Case processor (or Account Rep. if it is still a Lead) receives a confirmation email with the IP of the computer used to e-sign the document (s), date, time and Client's full name.

   2. SX3 Software automatically updates the case with the e-signed document and triggers an on screen alert.

Note: the content of all the emails can be customized including the use of macros to personalized them.

For only $20 per month you can send unlimited e-signature request from all your users within your SX3 Software. Additionally, your e-signature forms are customized with your Company's information and your logo (branded) at no extra cost.
